About Me

Hey y’all! I’m Alneada, founder of the Strategic Mom
My story kicked off in Tuskegee, Alabama—a town steeped in history that wove resilience into me from the start. That spark carried me to Harvard College, where I soaked up big ideas and marveled at the brilliant, quirky souls I got to learn from. But right after, I traded those hallowed halls for a Houston kindergarten classroom, teaching underserved five-year-olds—many wrestling with English as a second language. The stakes were sky-high, and watching those little minds bloom? Hands down, one of the rawest, realest experiences of my life—a front-row seat to human behavior unfolding.
That time in education broke something open in me. I saw gifted teachers burn out and kids falter—not for lack of heart, but because the leadership, culture, and systems weren’t built to let us thrive. It wasn’t just a job; it was a wake-up call to how much strong systems matter. That ignited a fire, so I pursued a JD/MBA at Vanderbilt, diving deep into strategy and organizational performance, passed the Georgia bar, and landed at Deloitte, untangling people puzzles as a transformation strategist.
Then life took a sharp turn—marriage, motherhood, and launching The Strategic Mom in 2020 with one kid in tow. I thought I had it all figured out—vision, plan, hustle—like Olivia Pope running the show. But two more babies and a brutal postpartum wave after my third flipped everything. That darkness wasn’t just sleepless nights; it slammed into me like a freight train. Juggling career, kids, and marriage nearly shattered me until I let go of the superhero act. In that low, it hit me: intention’s not about control—it’s deeper, spiritual, a way of being. God’s got a unique calling on each of us, and managing our time, mind, relationships, and energy with intention is how we live it—not just limp along.
Now, with three kids and a career that keeps stretching, I’m here for us. My journey’s been rooted in motherhood, but the strategies I’ve learned are for everyone—mamas, dads, dreamers, doers. The Strategic Mom is my calling—a tapestry of who I am today and who I believe God’s shaping me to become. It’s my heart’s song, sung for every person who’s poured into me—through life, work, mentorship, friendship, my family, my peers, my tribe—all those pushing to grow, give more, and rise higher, not for glory, but for the ones who lean on them. It’s a stage for your stories too—because this isn’t just about me; it’s about us. I’ve been the teacher dodging crayons, the strategist with a vision, the mom sobbing in the bathroom when it all got too heavy. This is our shot at real progress—holding tight to your people, your peace, your why, without losing yourself. Not perfect, just intentional, one step at a time.
So, come on in. Grab a coffee—let’s rewrite what matters most to you, together.
